Client Profile: New File Manager

In an effort to increase productivity and efficiency for our providers, the ShareNote Team has created a new file manager for use within the client profile. The new file manager will provide faster uploads and downloads of important client files. The old client files page is still available and contains previously uploaded files which can still be accessed, though the upload function here has been disabled.
You will find the new File Manager in the Client Profile menu on the left-hand menu, simply titled, “File Manager”.
